The OWC 2017 Summer Camp(s)

 

This July, we will be hosting our Kung Fu Summer Camp!!  Loaded with benificial activities that your child will love to do!!  A great mix of indoor and outdoor programs, games, Chinese crafts, self defense, fitness classes, and more. 

 

The reviews from our past years were amazing!  We can't wait to see what this year brings!

Camp Week 1. July 22nd - 26th
 

Join us for a fun filled week of learning through Martial Arts!  We promise an action packed week filled with activities that will not only teach your child priceless skills and knowledge, but they'll have fun and kick butt doing it!

 

Our programs promise to introduce and fine tune movement skills for all ages and levels involved, increase leadership skills, flexibility, core & body strength, endurance, speed, improve critical thinking, confidence, self defense techniques with a proper frame of mind & much more...

All Camp plan prices cover an 7 hour period.  8:45 - 4:00

  • Every day begins with a greet and set up for the days activities, then a daily stretch session, warm up, & workout. 

  • Healthy morning snack (Parents Provide)

  • Daily Kung Fu or Kickboxing class

  • Basic Yoga class for kids

  • Basic First Aid tips and techniques

  • Introduction to Lion Dance

  • Indoor and Outdoor games

  • Chinese, Kung Fu art & coloring

  • Jumping and Acrobatics Classes

  • 12:00 Lunch (Parents provide)

  • Friendly competitions

  • 1 Kung Fu related movie

  • Healthy afternoon snack between 2-3pm (We provide)

  • Each day ends with a tidy
