HIIT 4 LESS (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT 4 Less is High Intensity Interval Training Program! An early morning fitness group for anyone looking for a cost effective way to get fit, stay healthy, and have fun!   The perfect way to find balance in the heart of this chaotic life.  With a strong, supportive environment combined with a talented and highly qualified staff, it really encourages results and a happy atmosphere.  New and exciting drills and exercises are always added to our play list, as our instructional team stays up to date on all the latest and greatest ways to improve our health and bodies!

Our classes are a combination of Independent workouts, partner drills, and stationed exercises, focusing on Cardio, Body weight, and free weights.

Classes are 1 hour long, ​with a high intensity HIIT workout lasting roughly 30 minutes. A 15 minutes of warm up focusing on details, structure, and technique, and a 15 minute focus on stretching and mindful meditation, led by Clinical Therapist, Andrea Coultier (MSW, RSW) to enhance mental and emotional health!

ALL EXERCISES ARE MODIFIED TO FIT EVERY PERSONAL NEED AND FITNESS LEVEL FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED

Every registered member to the HIIT 4 Less family will receive our special fitness booklet allowing you to track your times and reps, pushing you to meet and surpass your personal goals and records. Also offered as an option: Regular fitness testing with body measurements for keeping track of more detailed personal information and allowing the results to speak for themselves!
